Another feature, which is missing in off-line applications, is the differentiated assignment of authorisations for individual tools, functions and actions. These are specified per user group, whereby the number of groups is not limited. Thus nexImage can be scaled according to the respective needs of individual users and can be used even with the strictest workflow guidelines. The authorisation assignment can be ordered directly in nexImage or through an external user administration.

The nexImage server is also client compatible and permits an individual configuration of the available shares, user groups, fonts or actions for each customer.
